Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake is Finally Here in New Zealand

The wait is over, Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake is in Auckland, New Zealand. Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake, the awesome taste from Japan is prepared and baked fresh daily at the shop. It is made from premium and imported ingredients selected in preparing the batter, and the cake is steam baked to perfection.

Uncle Tetsu uses pasteurized eggs and high-quality milk. Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake comes with a tantalizing aroma, is cotton soft and has a fluffy texture!

My kids said it’s like a squishy toy. When we first had a bite, it tasted eggy and sour but as soon as you slowly continue biting it, it got better and better. It melts in your mouth. We like how spongy and fluffy it is.

My friends have tasted Uncle Tetsu in the Philippines but they thought it wasn’t that great. They said Uncle Tetsu is not popular in their area and have closed down because of its low demand. After hearing that, I thought maybe the price is too expensive for a small cheesecake. I also realized that cheesecake is very doable. Anyone with baking utensils and complete ingredients could make cheesecake as fluffy and soft as Uncle Tetsu, but not all people can do it as you wish. I can bake cheesecake, but I probably can’t make it anytime I like, considering I’m a moody baker. If you are too busy and don’t have time to bake at home, I think it’s better to buy one in the shop. It’s easier and more convenient too.

You can enjoy Uncle Tetsu’s Cheesecake fresh from the oven to experience the best flavour. They also have blueberry cheesecake but we chose the classic one. One 6 inches super soft cheesecake for $19.99. The cheesecake is super duper yummy!

Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake is located in 287 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
