So it’s Mother’s Day, and I thought of making fondant cake today!
Although it’s not about me on this special day but my Mom’s, I know I’ll enjoy this day as well.
At breakfast, Kiara and I made homemade pancakes for my mom. We cut the pancakes using cookie cutters. We spelled M O M and cut out a big heart. We put the cut-out pancakes into the plate and this is how it looked like.
Isn’t that cute?
I would love to have it for breakfast but just like what I’ve said, it’s about my mom on this day as it was not every year that she’s with us on Mother’s Day.
My kids gave her this plate of pancakes and our special gift to her. She was really happy. I took the pictures while they’re giving it to their grandmother. She was stunned to received our gift to her. I would love to have one to hehe.
And we made this Mother’s day fondant cake for me and my mom. Isn’t that gorgeous?
