Pritong Talong (Fried Aubergine/Eggplant)

This is our lunch today: Pritong Talong or Fried Aubergine/Eggplant. I like to dip it in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. It’s lovely to eat with white steamed rice. Happy eating!
