It is halloween again! I made this Halloween Witch Hat for my kids to enjoy. This is very easy to make. All you need is a chocolate covered biscuit, Hershey’s Kisses and writing icing gel. I enjoyed making these sweet treats with my kids. I hope you could try them out.
