Binagoongan Baboy

1 kg pork belly
3 tbsp sauteed shrimp paste (bagoong alamang)
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tomatoes, chopped0
1 onion, chopped
1 beef cubes
cooking oil
sili (optional)
1. Boil the pork belly for 20-40 minutes, then drain.
2. When tender, cut the pork belly in a desired size (not too small though), set aside.
3. In a fry pan, heat cooking oil in a medium heat then fry the pork belly until brown in color. Then add onions, cook for 2-3 minutes then add tomatoes, cook until soggy.
4. Add the shrimp paste and mix.
5. Add the vinegar and beef cubes. Cook until beef cubes has dissolved.
6. Simmer for 3-5 minutes and serve with rice.
Optional: add chili if you want.
